[The Way Ahead]

I was in transit when I wrote this, returning to Singapore via Frankfurt after a one-day meeting in New Jersey. To travel halfway around the globe and back within three days is unusual, but this is how globalization has changed the way we commute and do business. Unfortunately, I am a big contributor to the global carbon footprint for this particular trip. It´s not something of which to be proud especially since the theme of this issue is sustainability.
