Abstract :
The paper describes the design and analysis of nonisotropic coupled-line couplers capable of measuring fast-risetime pulses travelling on matched transmission lines which are sited at high potentials. The general analysis which is given can be applied to other situations, and the derived theory is in accordance with the experimental results.
