Abstract
Filters with capacitances, switches and regenerating devices constitute a class of periodically time-varying filters which can be analysed and synthetised using the pulse formalism developed by Fettweis. The paper offers a new interpretation of these filters as digital filters; the mechanism of the exchange of charge between capacitances, with and without regenerating devices, is analysed with the flowgraph technique, and the pulse transfer function of the filter is obtained.
