Abstract
The printed superquadric loop antennas, whose geometries including square, rectangular, circular elliptical, and rhombic loops can be represented in a convenient parametric form, are analyzed using the moment method based on quadratic parametric B-spline basis functions. A unified computational formulation for the current distribution and radiation pattern is developed. The effects of the geometric parameters of the superquadric loop on the resonance characteristics of printed wire antennas are investigated. Some useful results are presented
