Abstract :
In order to match up with the development requirements of the IC industry in Taiwan, as well as to incubate engineering talent for practical chip design, CIC has established a complete design environment which provides chip fabrication, measurement services, IC/System design platforms and training courses. CIC supplies ten well-developed IC fabrication processes from domestic foundries.
