320 Gbit/s WDM repeaterless transmission over 100 km dispersion-shifted fibre is demonstrated using fully encoded 40 Gbit/s optical duobinary channels without dispersion compensation. A record dispersion tolerance of 380 ps/nm is achieved using a 40 Gbit/s optical duobinary signal
