Locke RM Handylog. Repetitive Manufacture (RM) is a program designed to help reduce the installed cost per kilowatt on line and station equipment. The second edition of the Locke RM Handylog describes, in 99 pages, up to 95 per cent of the items of power insulators, suspension hardware and pole line hardware most frequently used on power transmission, distribution lines, and stations.
