Abstract :
The letter´s author notes taht the article by R.H. Norman and B. Lojek makes one realize that the wonderful silicon technology we have today had many parallel pathways for development and also many historical perspectives. There were so many developments that, he says, he has lost count and track. The author knows there have been many books written, but there are also countless untold stories and pathways. He emphasizes that these letters between Norman and Lojek are a source of untold perspectives which he thinks are wonderful. Pioneers in this industry are growing old and many of these individuals are passing on and their stories may be lost. Therefore, he thinks all the company contributions, no matter how big or small, should be recorded for historical and technical reasons.
