Abstract :
Develop a system with heart-rate detecting function, convenient-moving and effectively to ease the medical staff´s working efficiency when facing the patients in clinic is our main goal. Prognosis, which means the results of disease-prediction based on groups of clue´s samples in medical, the bigger the samples, the more precise the prognosis. This research uses the conductive silk in the textile design. We adapt the wearing-comfortable conductive vest and chest belt to record hospitalized patients´ continuously physiological index. In the end of hospitalization, the system will summarize the original indexes of hospital, HRV and other indexes to evaluate the risk score of hospital-discharging, which provides a better hospital-discharging diagnosis focusing on chest pain patients for ER doctors, and verifies the accuracy of this prognosis by means of the 3 days and 30 days recalling rate of patients.
