Abstract :
We appreciate the interest shown by the authors of the above paper [see ibid., vol. 48, p. 127-8, 2001] in our paper [see ibid., vol. 45, p. 962-7, 1998], Indeed, the family of polynomials considered is not Hurwitz and as such it does not illustrate the technique proposed. This oversight originated with an error when defining the uncertainty and it is inconsequential to the results presented.
