  • Abstract
    In the above mentioned paper (ibid., vol.36, p.134-6, Jan. 1988) the author represented the signal μ(t) in baseband form, and he now argues that this is an error since it results in unbounded power estimates pi. It is necessary to treat μ(t ) directly as a bandpass signal. This changes the support of ω in eq. (1) and the region of integration in eq. (2) and (4), and a new version of eq. (6) results
