Abstract :
The Fourth International Conference on Ultra-Wideband and Ultra-Short Impulse Signals (UWBUSIS´08) was held in the beautiful Crimea city of great ancient history, Sevastopol, Ukraine, September 15–19, 2008. The venue of the conference was one of the largest technical universities of Ukraine, Sevastopol National Technical University.
