Abstract :
The National Inventors Council is soliciting suggestions leading to the solution of problems which have been posed to our armed forces by actual field operations. War conditions have demonstrated the need of various devices or methods not practically available and have shown the desirability of substitutes or alternatives for devices and methods already in our possession.
