Abstract
The noise of motorcycle has characteristics of broad bandwidth, wide distribution, and large radiation area and so on, the traditional method of noise detection is difficult to identify the noise source accurately. In this paper, the holographic sound intensity has been proposed based on optimize and improve the traditional motorcycle noise sound intensity detection method. The experimental results indicate that the holographic sound intensity has a number of advantages, like small measure errors, no interference from the background noise, and accurate reflection of each noise sources´ frequency characteristic in the motorcycle noise.
