Abstract :
As I write this month´s column, it is a bittersweet experience. It is bitter because this will be my last column, and my last month, as your Chapter Activities Chair. It is sweet since I can announce that the incoming Chapter Activities Chair is Prof. Zhongxiang Shen of the Nanyang Technological University. He is introduced at the end of this column.
