  • Abstract
    Engineers generally regard language as simply a convenient means of communication. Language, however, has an increasingly important role as a basic and indispensable carrier of information and this needs to be recognised by people in general and engineers in particular. In this age of information, engineers need to enhance their language skills if they are to achieve improved results in the face of increasingly fierce competition
