Abstract :
The aim of this study was to determine whether our newly developed electrochemical based sensor could determine level of osteocalcin which is well known biochemical markers of bone formation. In addition, after examination with dual energy X ray absorptiometry (DEXA), changes in bone mineral density (BMD) of subjects were systematically analyzed and their sera were collected for the analysis of osteocalcin.
