Abstract :
Interior resonance problem of electromagnetic scattering by perfect electric conducting (PEC) scatterers is revisited in this paper. The different behaviors of the resonance surface currents associated with EFIE and MFIE are explained from the viewpoint of the power conservation relation. Numerical examples in the two-dimensional space are provided to explain and verify these observations.
