Abstract
As the UHV power grid´s development, cross-regional interconnection grid pattern has gradually formed, it will develop from local power balance to overall power balance. The interconnection of physically grid provides the foundation for the cross regional trading. To effectively exert the overall optimization and to reduce energy loss and electricity purchase cost, this paper presents the cross regional trading control technology, based on supply chain method, group control theory, risk management theory and cost management theory. It has constructed a cross regional trading control index system by the analysis on pivotal physical and economical characteristic, and then, it has formed a whole process control contained beforehand space control, the process control, execution control and evaluation control. Finally, it has achieved the application of control technology by the establishment of trading control platform. The trading control technology achieves to the overall optimization and integrated control by the cross regional power grid index monitoring, the trading potential exploring and the trading process controlling, and also, it provides guidance for the trading rules and policy development.
