  • Abstract
This paper discusses the damages to satellites due to shooting stars, meteor shower, technical snag or unknown reasons. Space contains such a large space that it becomes so difficult to predict what can go wrong in space. Space agencies all over the world often struggle to figure out what has happened when some piece of hardware in orbit goes haywire. The most important point is that how can engineers properly protect satellites from such projectiles-whatever their provenance.
