Abstract
This article presents an overview of the workshop "Lessons Learned from Medical Systems Development" at the 32nd Annual International Conference of the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (EMBS) on 31 August 2010. The workshop was designed to highlight the unique aspects of medical systems development in commercial settings.
