Abstract :
High moment FeRhN nanocrystalline films were laminated by Co90Zr9Cr (CZC) amorphous films, in order to improve the anisotropy definition and high frequency permeability. The experimental results also showed improved soft magnetic properties, higher resistivity, and better magnetic properties on sloped surfaces
