  • Abstract
    Coded orthogonal frequency division multiplex is an attractive technique for broadcast to mobiles. The authors describe a method to identify the frequency offset, due to Doppler etc., and subsequently permit offset compensation to be incorporated in the receiver, prior to performing the data demodulation
