Simplification of model´s equation

The equation given by Model relating susceptance, number of posts and the diameter can be used for the design of post-type filters; but this equation is difficult to handle. A simple logarithmic equation is derived here which gives the same results as Model´s to an accuracy of within 1 in 104 ¿ 2 in 106.
