Summary form only gven, as follows. Professor Byung-Gook Park, having completed his tenure as Editor for the IEEE Electron Device Letters, has decided to leave the editorial board. On behalf of IEEE Electron Device Letters staff and readers, the EIC would like to thank him for his excellent contributions and dedicated service to the journal over the past three years.
