Abstract
Cities die. Forests appear. New township stems from the forests. So birth implies death and vice-versa. Several thousand years ago it was the stone age. Man discovered friction ¿ the cause of fire. Thus was born the civilization. Nurtured by man´s ingenuity it grew up like the path traced by a snail. Thus came the mid-twentieth century. Civilization was then several thousand years old ¿ but still a dwarf. Then the tonic by name ¿Computer,¿ when administered to the dwarf, produced tremendous unimaginable growth within less than two decades. The dwarf became taller than the moon. Is this growth unending? Docs it always imply a non-stop life? The article dwells on these points.
