Abstract :
In May 1996 the international comparison of AC-DC voltage transfer standards at the lowest attainable level of uncertainty, which started in Jan. 1994, was completed. A PTB multijunction thermal converter was used as the traveling standard. The results show an agreement of the majority of the participating National Metrology Institutes with the average value of better then 0.5×10-6 at the frequency of 1 kHz, 0.6×10-6 at 20 kHz, 1.4×10-6 at 100 kHz, and 15×10-6 at 1 MHz
