Abstract

The sensor networks are established by the connection of numerous sensors which are located at different places. In our paper we introduce the general structure of Wireless Sensor Networks as well as different wireless standards and network components. Furthermore, we give an overview about the construction of the Wireless Sensor Unit and the operation of LabVIEW as a web-server and its network setup options. Finally, we highlight the developed Sensor Network Protocol.
