Abstract :
A phase-measuring method is described in which the phase angle to be measured is introduced in an oscillating circuit, thus influencing the oscillator frequency. The phase angle can be determined by measur ing the frequency shift of the oscillator. The most important parts of a phase meter based on this principle are discussed in detail and a description of a complete apparatus is given.
