Abstract
This article features RemoteX, which is an infrastructure to deliver power engineering laboratory experiments as objects over the Internet. It enables instructors, researchers and students to conduct and control actual experiments remotely through the Internet. Real-time relevant waveforms can be shown right in front of students so instructors can explain technical subjects and concepts better. In other words, equipment and instrumentation located elsewhere can be used to assist the classroom teaching of technical courses that are offered at other universities or teaching institutions
