Abstract :
Printed circuit television receivers show reliability at least equal to that of conventionally wired receivers. Certain valve or component failures could result in rather serious burning of panels. An investigation into the problem is described. A simple method of flux application and dip-soldering is described which has been found to give better reliability than conventional methods.
