Abstract
For the representation of a bandlimited signal by its discrete samples for several purposes an estimate of the boundation of the signal from its values at the sampling instants and its energy is desirable. For sampling with the Nyquist rate no such estimate exists in general. This paper proposes an estimation for oversampled signals
