Abstract :
The IEEE-USA Consultants Database matches technical pro fessionals and clients. IEEE-USA recently unveiled several major upgrades designed to enhance database functionality and improve the user experience. New features include: 1) Member database profiles are now accessible on Inter net search engines, such as Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Previously, profiles could only be found by searching the IEEE-USA Consultants Database. 2) Form-based communications tools have been implemented, preventing e-mail addresses from being harvested for spam. 3) Monthly Web viewing statistics for each member pro file are available. 4) Improved filtering of employer assignment postings.
