Abstract :
Mobile devices contain both personal as well as business data. Data security is a challenging issue in the era of mobile cloud computing. These Data needed to be protected from semi-trusted public cloud storage. In this paper, we have proposed an efficient and secure sharing of mobile device data using cloud storage. Blowfish algorithm is used for data encryption. We have developed a prototype application `MobSec´ using this algorithm. From the theoretical and experimental analyses, it is observed that using the proposed approach high throughput can be achieved at low power consumption.
