Abstract :
Motivated by a recent letter on an infinite difference between the peak-to-average power ratios (PAPRs) of samples (a series) and a band-limited function constructed from that series, we investigate the amplitude and variations of a band-limited function and present some relevant bounds. Related aspects on sampling theorems and sampling series are also discussed.
