Abstract :
This book offers the reader a tour of how nonlinear vector analyzers work and how they can be used in circuit design. It contains nine chapters and no appendices. The two key chapters describe nonlinear vector instrumentation and describe behavioral modeling. In many places, the book goes into lengthy descriptions of nonlinear vector analyzer calibration, device heating, semiconductor traps, and oscillator noise equations, so there is a lot of depth to the book. In each chapter, there is a lot of tutorial information, so the reader is given a good foundation for each subject.
