Abstract :
A multiuser detection scheme is proposed for channels using non-spread signals. Trellis encoders and different random interleavers are employed for each user to remove the ambiguity in decoding each user´s data from the composite received signal. With symbol-by-symbol soft decision, near channel capacity performance is obtained
