  • Abstract
    The dimensioning of a cellular radio network based on traffic trends and market predictions is discussed. The pattern of use of the Vodafone network around London is described and future expansion considered. The expected performance of the proposed Pan-European system using digital techniques is briefly described in the light of experience with the current analogue system.
