Abstract :
Means are presented for determining ´effective´ linear input and output resistances for logic gates from SPICE large-signal calculations using full nonlinear models for the gates. Replacing the gates by linear resistances greatly simplifies interconnect crosstalk calculations and is found to be in good agreement with calculations using complete gate models.
