  • Abstract
    This paper gives the circuit details of a lower side band negative resistance parametric upconverter operating at 1.3 Km/s. Details regarding the experimental measurements are also given. The gain, noise figure and instantaneous band-width obtained with this amplifier are 16 db, 3.8 db and 4 Mc/s respectively.
