Abstract :
A nonlinear interference canceller structure, which combines a nonlinear adaptive filter with a memoryless nonlinear limiter, is investigated. A more realistic narrowband interference model is used in which the interference is considered as a digitally modulated signal. Simulation results indicate that the nonlinear interference canceller offers significant advantages over conventional nonlinear filters
