Abstract :
The cut-off frequencies of TE-modes of rectangular waveguides loaded with inhomogeneous dielectrics are presented. The eigenequation is useful for any rectangular waveguide filled with dielectrics. As examples, some special dielectric distributions are examined and the results agree with those of previous work very well.
