Abstract
Values of the voltage divider ratio of a DC high-voltage divider, built and characterized by the NML of Australia, were determined at the Productivity and Standards Board of Singapore, the Center for Measurement Standards of Taiwan, the Standards and Calibration Laboratory of Hong Kong, and Japan Electric Meters Inspection Corporation by the comparison method, under an APMP program. The resistance values of the NML divider were also determined in the participating laboratories. Good agreement was found between the measured average resistance ratio and the measured average voltage ratio. The relative voltage dependence of the dividers has also been established
