    At the 2009 IEEE Industry Applications Society (IAS) Annual Meeting in Houston, we offered a new format that includes two days of tutorial tracks covering a wide range of topics. Again in 2010 at the IAS Annual Meeting (http://www.ewh.ieee.org/soc/ias/2010/), we will offer a slate of tutorials for the practicing engineer.
