Abstract :
An approach to realise a low-power, high-order, very-high-frequency current-mode filter is proposed. The filter utilises vertical connection of regulated-cascode (RGC) biquads to reduce current consumption. Simulation results of a fourth-order Chebyshev lowpass filter are demonstrated
