Abstract :
The authors comment on the paper by P. Petrovic et al. (see ibid., vol.146, no.4, p.383-90, 1999). They discuss the mathematical issues of the paper which proposes the application of synchronous undersampling in the measurement of power and RMS values of voltages and currents in an electric power system.
