Abstract :
J. Bialek comments on the paper by A.G. Exposito et al. (see ibid., vol.15, no.1, p.184-8, 2000). The author comments on the accuracy of decomposing branch flows, and the way in which the loss allocation depends on the way the transactions are arranged together. The original authors reply to the comments.
