2012 EDS J.J. Ebers Award Call for Nominations

The IEEE Electron Devices Society invites the submission of nominations for the 2012 J .J. Ebers A ward. This award is presented annually by EDS to honor an individual( s) who has made either a single or a series of contributions of recognized scientific, economic, or social significance to the broad field of electron devices. The recipient( s) is awarded a plaque and a check for $5,000, presented at the International Electron Devices Meeting (IEDM).
