There are many medical students in the United States. In addition to the demanding pursuit of a specialty, some of those students spend their time trying to understand the business side of medicine; others who benefitted from mentorship work hard to help others follow in their footsteps. Very few manage to do both. Monica Jain is barely old enough to vote, but she is doing it all.
