Abstract :
In this work the synthesis of thin and thick films using the aerosol deposition technique for the synthesis of coated conductors is realized. (Hg,Re)-1223 and Y-123 superconductors and Y2O3 buffer layer were obtained. High temperature deposition was used for MgO(100), Ag (nontextured) and LaAlO3(100) substrates, respectively. With a preheated substrate it is possible to synthesize the phase in-situ in the case of Y-123 and Y2O3. The mercurocuprate needs an ex-situ mercuration step
